Where do you plug the USB from

There is a port on the ball. You have to take the top casing off and plug it in that way. Then connect the usb to a plug. Hope this helps

Does this toy make any noises?

It makes a bit of a mechanical noise as it rolls around but doesn't make any other noises. Its got a red light on it that shines around the room as it spins. My cat was a bit weirded out by it to start with but loves playing with it now and goes to find it to make me turn it on

How long should you charge it for before first use? I have tried charging mine and it won’t turn on

youre meant to charge it for 4hrs for a full charge. there should be a red light flashing as the toy charges and then a steady red light when its fully charged. if theres no light at all when its plugged in i think its broken
