Worth the buy and read. Solid estate planning guide.
As a young attorney starting out in estate planning who is now almost four years in to practice, this is a great book for anyone to read regarding estate planning in California. It’s easy enough to understand and covers many of the “should knows.” Worth the buy and read.

A good guide but no sample Living Trust template to guide you.
Good guide in what to consider in making Living Trust, however, it would have been nice if there was a sample of a thorough Living Trust to see how it s/b laid out.

very informative
We recently did an estate plan (trust, will, advance care directive) in CA and prior to meeting with the attorney I read this book. It was great preparation for making best use of the time with the attorney, to understand what the options and rules are in advance and to have time to think about what to request.

Great fo making you own Will/Trust if you live in CA.
Very detailed, comes with online printable work sheets.If you want the actual software to fill out and print your Will/Trust, you need to get Quicken Will/Trust, 2021, it comes with the CD that query you to fill out. The Quicken book that comes with the CD covers all 50 states so it's not specific to CA. I bought both.
