Now that I am past 45 and have had some family members deal with prostate issues, I figured it was time to be proactive. I have taken these pills for a few months now and I can say they did not impact me in any way negatively. I have had no trouble sleeping and my stomach feels great after taking them. I feel like these give me peace of mind that I am taking positive steps towards my prostate health.

I've used this product off & on a few times now. I do use just one softgel at a time (a day when I take it) vs recommendations of 3 for a serving. I'm a bit cautious with herbal products to see how they work before taking larger quantities. For most of my "tests" I have noted improvement with not getting up as often at night as well as the easier and more complete elimination of wastes. This also has improved my sleep at least a little because I don't notice being as uncomfortable as I have in the past. So I do believe the product is having some beneficial effects. I don't believe my troubles are as advanced as others so this may be a product that is more helpful for early stages or maybe the higher dose will work for those with more advanced problems. I do appreciate getting the 180 cnt bottle for the price as I anticipate it will last a long time. So far I haven't used even half of the bottle after several months. I also like the variety of ingredients. I have purchased Lycopene, Green tea extract, Turmeric, and some others listed on the label as individual items in past. Now they are all together so I have fewer bottles on my counter. I've used various NOW products for over 15+ years and find their quality quite good and the claims of benefits to generally perform as they intend. I will routinely look for a herbal supplement I need from NOW before investigating other vendors.

After taking this product , I don't have to get up in the middle of the night as often to go to the bathroom.

So far, so good! Normal PSAs since switching. Doesn’t hurt the stomach, doesn’t smell, no taste, is easy to take, and I sleep like a baby and wake with energy!

Over a A year and a half ago, while in the gym my gym buddy pours some pre workout powder in my cup of water and tells me it’s billed as the “worlds most powerful pre workout supplement”. I took it with a grain of salt, like yeah I bet it’ll hardly have ANY effect on me. I’m 6’7 and a half 250. Well…I had the greatest workout with weights I’ve ever had. That pre workout sup my buddy shared with me was legit. Fast forward 4 hours later. I have an energy drink. And all of a sudden I get this god awful searing pain in my stomach I feel an urge unlike anything I’ve ever experienced to use the bathroom to pee. Then 15 minutes later I had to pee again. Then 30 minutes later I had to pee AGAIN. Then I started having this crazy fear of needing to be near a bathroom at ALL times! I’m perfectly healthy and have no pre existing conditions. Then I have to pee again. I went to the emergency room. Stopping 3 times on the way to…you guessed it! Pee AGAIN. Doctors checked me out. And researched the name of the pre workout my friend shared with me. Then they explained to me, that normal daily caffeine consumption is 400mg a day. I had over 1,000 mg’s of caffeine for the day with both energy supplements combined unknowingly. They told me all I could do is wait it out. A week later I’m still peeing every 15-30 minutes! Waking up at all hours of the night. Folks I never been so scared in my life. And always needing a bathroom nearby. THEN…I discovered this product in my desperation to fix my uncontrolled bladder. Received it overnight. Started taking it according to instructions IMMEDIATELY. I could feel it working. In 3 days, I was BACK TO NORMAL! Hooray! Prostate health by NOW with the SAVE! Sincerely from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for making a quality product. Yes the pills are huge, but you gave me my life back. I would take it again and again. I’ve been on it ever since. Because why not? it’s just GOOD for you! TEN STARS if I could. This saved my life as far as I’m concerned.

This stuff is ok. The only issue I have with it is it has green tea (caffeine). I stopped taking it, because the caffeine was giving me headaches and starting to make my acid reflux act up again. Even small doses can aggravate an older person.

If I skip a dose, I start noticing within a couple hours. Works well!

I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you're meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
