From all the research I've done, the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is not good for some women but should be consulted with your Doctor. Have patience please and read this testimonial. I have never given 5 stars to any herbal remedy. NEVER.This was a very pricey trial for me but I was desperate to quit sweating! Just ended 33 years of HRT. I asked my Doc for some relief and heard this "Some women never get relief and always have hot flashes." It was very disheartening because I was truly miserable!. The product is working great, but I kept thinking I was running out quicker than was expected. I got my order today and counted my pills. They were 6 pills short. Count your pills when you get them! I reported directly to Metagenics. We shall see what they do.
