I have been detailing for 8 years now. I have never used tire shine because I HATE oily, pitch black, dust attracting, and degrading tire dressing. I hate receiving customers cars and their tires have a disgusting gooey layer of “armour all”. However, I just used this product and I am extremely satisfied. It leaves a neat and professional matte tire finish that is dry and leaves no residue on my paint. I live in an unpaved area and there is no loose dirt stuck on my tire wall. If you are seeking a factory finish that looks like a million bucks this is the dressing for you

Really easy to use. It does not sling. And very good for the price. It’s not as shiny as I would like it to be, it’s more of a matte finish. Dirt does not stick.

The 5 is more about the value of the product (price for what it is). Theirs one review wheee the guy applied it with applicator bs spraying on akd he was spot on. I had ti apply it 2-3 times to get the deep richness I wanted then knock it back. One layer on my Hankook AT2 Xtreme tires showed nothing only additional layers showed a deep richness with that glazed look.

It simply does not work. At all. It isn’t water but it sure does the same thing when u spread it on the tire. It dries and there is absolutely NO shine. NONE. Complete waste of money.

Ho sempre usato il nero gomme “meguiar’s endurance tire gel”, dopo due anni ho deciso di cambiare perché per toglierlo dalla spalla degli pneumatici ci voleva veramente molto, anche diversi lavaggi, oltretutto il risultato raramente mi ha soddisfatto appieno. Dunque, ho scoperto che gtechniq ha due prodotti nel suo catalogo relativi al tyre dressing: T1 e T2. Il T2, questo oggetto della recensione, è a base d’acqua quindi facile da applicare e facile da togliere. L’ho applicato con un pad gtechniq AP3, ebbene, il risultato è stato subito sorprendente. L’applicazione è veramente facile, riesce a penetrare tutti gli interstizi della spalla dello pneumatico senza troppe difficoltà, inoltre gli eccessi di prodotto si puliscono facilmente con una microfibra. Il risultato finale potete vederlo in foto. Io ho applicato un solo strato, quindi rimane molto opaco e naturale, cosa che gradisco. Se volete un effetto più glossy basterà applicarne un secondo strato. Per quanto riguarda la durata non ho ancora potuto testare per bene ma dovrebbe essere intorno alle due settimane, pioggia permettendo. Essendo a base d’acqua, è chiaro che, dopo la pioggia bisognerà riapplicarlo. Insomma, considerando il prezzo, la facilità di applicazione e il risultato finale direi sia difficile trovare di meglio.
