Works very well, but your best bet is to put it around the waist not to shoulder because every time they move it buzzes off this way and when it’s around the waist area, the only time buzzes is when the person fully gets up and moves towards the end of the bed

Great product

The line (like a phone cord) between the sensor and the alarm is too short. Only about 4-5ft. We have a king bed. I have to put the mat on one side and then have the alarm next to me in the headboard so I can turn it off. It won't reach. So wanted to use a longer phone cord, so bought a 12ft telephone line, but it is not the same size. The alarm one is smaller than a regular phone line cord. Also there is no way to turn it on or off temporarily.

Garbage! Worked for 6 weeks—just when the warranty expired. Wrote their product support department—they never responded. Disappointed for $50 Bought another brand—works much better. Smart Caregiver products are a waste of $$.

Alarm is loud and has braces to keep it attached to bed. It’s sensitive to motion which I like. Overall very pleased.

Now I know when mom gets up. Under the person can alarm with moving. I put under bedside rug and when she puts her feet down and moves them it goes off. Load to hear on other side of home. Mom’s safer.

Works perfectly. Even our little Maltypoo sets it off.
