Can someone help me put on the guide combs? it doesn't slide into place. and rattles super loud when i turn on the clipper. is that normal?

Be sure to rotate the cutter head to 2.0. Set the blade so the bottom little tab is inside the opening. Press the blade straight down, assuming you are holding the clipper vertically. You will hear a click. It's a fiddly process so be patient.

Where can I get replacement guards?

I just contacted their customer service for a replacement power cord, they responded within an hour and are sending for free

I cannot get the attachment comb off the blade. Any suggestions?

All I had to do was push up on the attachment. Push up towards the end of blade. Or call the company they are suppose to have phone support.

Initially charged easily. Used twice and when tried to use third time, battery appeared dead would not take a charge. Ideas?

You may have over charged it? I received mine feb. 7, 2022 and this particular addition says to only charge for 3-4 hours and to not blindly charge longer. If you over charge them it can mess them up. Same thing with other electronics. My husbands clippers are that way and even our Bluetooth speakers are that way.
