Worth a try for the price
Quantity is good for the value of the money. It does not give the same caffeine content as a regular coffee. It does have a chemical taste that comes through when mixing water or 1% milk in. That taste goes away if you use thick type liquids, whole milk, and protein powder base.

Great flavor and less expensive than at my grocery store
The flavor is great, and it’s so creamy! And sugar free! The price is about two dollars less that my grocery store. I use a small whisk to stir it so there are no lumps. I love this cappuccino! So quick to make.

Not recommended for those attempting to maintain healthy glycemic levels
The flavor is quite good, and it's a good value for the money. However, despite technically being "Sugar Free" and "Made with Splenda", I would not recommend this to anyone trying to maintain healthy blood glucose levels. The first ingredient listed is maltodextrin, which has a higher glycemic index than table sugar - which explains why I would get spike alerts on my CGM after drinking a cup. I have had to dispose of both containers for the betterment of my health.

An actual necessity
Not one bad thing to say about this!!! I have found my new holy grail, but this immediately! I bought the sugar free French vanilla and I swear you would never know it’s sugar free, it’s creamy and tastes sugary with virtually no calories and tastes literally phenomenal, it’s so hard to find a tasty low cal option for coffee but I will be buying 20,000 of these in the future, I can not recommend this powder enough!! 70 calories for 2.5 Tbs (which is ALOT of powder)

Loaded with synthetic sweeteners
The product says ‘Sugar Free’ which I assumed would mean it’s not sweet. Unfortunately it’s loaded with ‘chemical after taste’ leaving synthetic sweeteners. So sad this has gone to waste for me.
