Just received it, I plugged it in to my older sony bravia after pairing to my bluetooth hearing device but nothing. Is there something am doing wrong?

Hello, please follow the steps below first: How To Use: 
Receiver Mode
1.Use the micro USB cable to charge before use;
2.Connect the BT6 to your audio device using the AUX cable;
3.Change the switch button to position RX;
4.Turn on the device(Long press in the multifunction button) then the blue light will flash quickl y,indicating that is ready for pairing;
5.Find ZIIDOO BT6 in the bluetooth search of your phone and chose to pair.
Transmitter Mode
1.Use the micro USB cable to charge before use;
2.Connect the BT6 to your TV/ Computer using the AUX cable;
3.Change the switch button to position TX;
4.Turn on the device(Long press in the multifunction button) then the blue light will flash quickl y,indicating that is ready for pairing;
5.Turn on the device you want to connect and the BT6 will automatically connect.When the connection is successful the bluetooth indicator will illuminate blue.
If you still cannot connect, please tell us in time, we can refund you or replace it with a new one, thank you.

Can you use it when it’s charging ?

No not for me I use the USB in my TV to charge it, if I have it charging when I use it there is a loud buzzing and it will only play out of one side of the headphones I use

How to connect with out 3.5 mm port of TV ?

If your TV has a 3.5MM interface, you can directly insert the connection. If your TV does not have a 3.5MM interface, you may need to convert the cable.

Can this be paired with bluetooth headphones and then plugged into a non Bluetooth mp3 player?

I tried pairing it with my bluetooth headphones as well, but it would not pair.  It went solid, implying it was paired to something, however, because neither devise has a screen to tell, I turned every other device off in my house.. It was still 'pairing' to something other than my headphones or it simply doesn't work. Very dissapointing.
