Why does the sauce coagulate in neck of bottle when only half full? Have to clean with qtips to pour sauce?

Most of the hot sauces in my collections do this. If you wipe the cap and rim of bottle immediately after use the sauce won’t coagulate so much .

After 5 minutes of fire with cajohn's hydra 7-pot primo layered on a breakfast taco, how much should i use of this?

With the hotter sauces, I always recommend starting slow and adding sauce as needed.

How many scollville units is this sauce rated at?

Some people dont understand the marketing in stating the scoville scale on these hot sauce descriptions. It states the scoville unit of a Carolina reaper pepper itself which is 1.5 to 2.2 million. We all know this, but what about the sauce? Obviously its not just pure Carolina Reaper blended and thrown in a bottle. Well if you read the description more it says over 60% pepper content. Thatd cut that number in more than half. So hot ones is probably right on the money this sauce's scoville is probably around 650000k to 1.1m scoville.
