I have used this product for over 20 years! Leaves my hair feeling soft and the color turns out better than the salon! My hair is long, lower back long and dishwater blonde. I do my roots every 4-6 weeks! The conditioning treatment is amazing leaving my hair soft and full of life :) love this product!

I started using this to tie me over during quarantine but I’m liking it so much that I’ve used it again and again! I do miss the color contrast that comes from spendy highlights but this is definitely my new go to beauty product and I feel like I’ll be able to spread out the time between going to the salon in the future. The first time I used this product I went for the color 9.5NB but it made my hair a little brassy so I switched to a half shade lighter and went with number 10, Lightest Ultimate blonde and it seems to be a good match for me. I do let it develop the suggested extra10 minutes due to my stubborn greys(🙄). I dump all the mixed color in a bowl and use a hair coloring brush (purchased separately) to apply to my roots, this is just easier for me and my hair seems to be less of a tangly mess during the whole process. If you’ve got longer hair, DEFINITELY PURCHASE 2 BOXES! You’ll only need the second box for the last 10 minutes of development to give your mane that added color boost but you’ll be happy you got that 2nd box. Ok, I NEVER buy box colour, as I do clients, and have every professional colour right here in my home. I actually bought it for the dispenser with the prongs, LOL. That said, I picked a shade I love, a cool pearl blonde, No#10 I found my blond yellowing a tad....(I am naturally a no 7ish) lightest (chestnut) brown, but I have dyed my hair to a #8 level, with lighter streaks. So, I decided what the heck, gonna use the product, well! Was I ever VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!!!! So using the dispenser I used the entire bottle combing through with the dispenser then with my “WOW” comb over and over many many times, let it sit for 30 min washed out, Killer Fabulous!!! NO Brassiness what so ever! And because I mainly just kept it on top, and combed all the way to my (just past) shoulder length hair, it’s given me the multi dimensional coloured hair I absolutely LOVE! So I have shades of No#7 right through to #10 (in my hair) now. It is a VERY SATISFACTORY (actually beyond) Product! Really really impressed! I might just use this again!!! Just because the shade is dead on and clear!

Used Excellence cream 10 Lightest Ultimate Blonde on my uncolored white hair. Loved the results: Brought out multi tonal and gave a shinny almost blonde hue. After 8 weeks I discovered some Pink hair color on the back of my head. Used my purple shampoo which toned in down a bit. I have already purchased another box and hoping I won't have the same issue.

Love this color. I couldn't find it in the stores anymore.
