Honestly, I had my doubts ordering this but it was not very expensive so I figured why not try it for my son when he got his wisdom teeth removed. It was actually a life saver! The ice packs were small and came with enough that another set could be chilling while the first ones are on his cheeks. They are flexible so there are no hard edges pushing on his face when he was wearing them and it was comfortable for him to even sleep in when he was taking a nap. The material was soft on his face and didnt leave any kind of rash or scratches from seams.the Velcro is soft as well so again no rubbing uncomfortable on the skin and it stayed together wellz Finding the right heat was a bit of a struggle but that is likely user error with our microwave, not any fault of the ice pack holder I’m so glad we got this, having one less thing to deal with post wisdom teeth removal was worth it!!

This was sooooo helpful after wisdom tooth extractions! the fitting was great, helps with the pain relief and discomfort. it comes with 4 ice packs but somehow i lost one😔 still recommneded since easy to use during healing process. easy to take on the go if needed too.

This was incredibly helpful and easy to use after my wisdom teeth removal. The gel packs do take 2 hours to fully freeze and if you heat them up they dont hold heat for long maybe 10 min max. It does come with 2 sets of gel packs which i thought was handy to have an extra set. And was comfortable to use as well. Definitely recommend.

Had my impacted wisdom teeth removed and ended up with dry socket and an infection, this thing was a life saver. I debated buying this before my surgery but decided to get one and im really glad I did. It was the only thing that made this experience tolerable. The 2 sets of packs made this product above and beyond. I didn't have to wait for one to re-freeze because I just switched them out. The fabric is soft and doesn't leak water and the packs hold temperature very well. Its not too bulky and has a good range of size. I only used them hot a few times because the cold provided me with more relief but they work both ways. I really liked not having to hold them to my face all night. I did end up with a rash on my face but I don't think thats from the fabric, probably from the constant icing. Just be careful not to give yourself frost bite.

Perfect for major oral surgery - a game changer over using regular ice packs 2 sets of ice packs stayed cold as long as they should be used. Can use other gel packs - even if they don’t fit in the pocket, they can be secured enough if you don’t move too much Velcro worked well enough to keep in place for adult - not sure it would work well for child or veery small head

Works wonders, doesn’t get that that cold but feels good if you’re in pain. The strap is pretty comfy. I’ve fallen to sleep with it a couple times.

I have never loved a product more!!! This truly saved me during my healing and recovery from my wisdom teeth removal. I got all four teeth removed at once and if it wasn’t for the relief this gave me, I don’t know if I would’ve managed. I’m so glad it also came with four inserts so it was convenient to swap out whenever I needed to. My swelling improved so quickly and my dental care team was so impressed.

Very nice product although the head strap is quite short. I barely fits around my husbands head and he has no hair. Fast delivery.
