Yes4All Sandbag for Workout, Adjustable Weight Training Bag

Bought this sandbag in March 2023 in an attempt to get back into fitness and shed some weight after becoming a new dad. Pregnancy causes husbands to gain weight too lol. Quickly learned about all of the functional compound movements this thing can facilitate for you and put together different types of circuit training with it. I usually do 45sec on 15off x5 different exercises then take a minute break. Do this for 3 or 4 rounds while making sure all exercises combine to target whole body. Also will do deck of cards workouts with sandbag movements. I mostly use this sandbag when I'm at work (fire department) for cardio + muscular endurance. After almost a year, it has held up well! My ONLY complaint is the inner bags aren't completely dust-proof so you will have some dust escape the main bag and that is definitely not good to inhale over time. Quick fix is putting the inner liner bags into heavy duty garbage bags and duck taping them shut. Poof, no more dust. Definitely recommend this product due to the durability and the 1/3 price of competitors like Brute Force/Rogue. Awesome piece of fitness equipment and probably the most versatile. In case anyone cares, I've filled my bag to 55 pounds with pea gravel from Home Depot ($6 for a 48pound bag). LAST THING! Dry out whatever filler you plan on using cause if the sand/pea gravel is wet when you put it on, it'll cause mold and smell bad. Also it'll throw off your weight due to the moisture. EDIT: Bought 3 of these so far because I love them so much! Literally $100 cheaper than Brute Force! I purchased a green bag for my wife and a red one for my coworker. We use these bags to workout at the fire station and they have been phenomenal! Highly recommend!

I got a solid 2 years of fairly heavy use out of this bag until the liner bags on the inside started to come apart. I sewed the bags back up, which didn’t last long. The reason this product is getting 5 stars from me is for the customer service. I emailed Yes4All and was contacted promptly about having the bags replaced. Yes4All shipped me two new liner bags, free of charge. Very impressed with their communication and customer service! I would also note the actual bag its self had held up incredibly well. No issues with any stitching or tears at all. I have mine filled with 75 pounds of sand and it’s a perfect snug fit… The liner bags stay perfectly in place and don’t get lopsided.

I bought this sandbag to work out on the beach with while getting shredded on vacation. Nothing says "relaxing getaway" quite like voluntarily carrying a heavy bag of sand across... more sand. The construction is extremely strong and has held up great to being dragged, dropped, and repeatedly questioned about whose idea this workout was. The multiple grip configurations are a huge plus, making it easy to switch exercises and find new ways to remind yourself you're not in as good of shape as you thought. The best part is that it's completely leak-free. Despite being surrounded by sand, it hasn't contributed a single grain to the beach. The filler stays where it belongs, and I don't end every workout looking like I lost a fight with a sandbox. Overall, it's a versatile, durable piece of equipment that's perfect for beach workouts. If your vacation goals include sunshine, ocean views, and making your shoulders file a formal complaint, this sandbag is a great choice.

I love working with sandbags. I can make it any weight I need, use it for so many different exercises. It is easy to use and adjust. Easy to grip. One does not need a full gym. I can do cleans, deadlifts, front or rear squats, lunges. It is an inexpensive way to get a quality piece of exercise equipment.

I don't know why I was thinking it would come with the sand. It doesn't. This is a fantastic product. After I put the sand in the pouches and then in the bag, it locks it in pretty good. No worries about sand leaking out. It says 25-75 lbs, but you could probably push it close to 100 if you wanted to. Stitching is very solid and love the many different hand grips.

Great bags for adding sand and working out. Very durable and perform as advertised. Highly recommend.

✅ Great sand bag for my garage gym. Very easy to use when I put sand in the individual bags. They also do not leak sand everywhere . ✅ solid option for a friendly budget garage gym for for option when weight training. ✅ I also like the weight of 25lbs and the fact that I can adjust it to be more or less is also good. This is because of the versatility of the exercise I am doing. ✅ Lastly comfortable bag when I have it on my neck. I also like the handles to hold on to.

Waste of money it's just an empty bag. It doesn't come with the sand. Amazon also makes it incredibly hard to just buy 75 pounds of sand for it. Definitely going to return my over priced poorly made empty bag of nothing. Maybe if I had a way to actually order the sand. I'd keep it. Either way. Don't waste your money on a empty useless bag.

Very well made , internals include 2 separate sleeves to be filled with your weighted material. Then you need to weight it to see what you have.

Super Teil was mir besonders gefällt sind die Griffe bleiben definitiv stabiler bei der Bewegung als das bei anderen Modellen der Fall ist die locker gearbeitet sind so muss das 👍

J’ai acheté ce produit pour l’entraînement. C’est arrivé très vite. Le tissus de la poche principale est très épais et solide. Il y a plusieurs poignées comme sur les photos ce qui permet de faire pleins d’exercices différents. Le paquet comprend aussi deux poches prévu pour mettre le sable de la quantité désirée. Les deux poches sont aussi fait d’un tissus très solide. J’adore et je recommande fortement.

Great bit 'o kit, I read reviews which stated that the inner bags were hard to fit inside once filled, So I left the inner bags inside the main bag and my wife held them open whilst I poured in bags of sand. The more time and care taken results in less spillage, I got 28 kilos of sand in of which I am happy, It's a great work out climbing the stairs and walking round the garden.
