Great security
Purchased this kit to secure my 10x20 work shop building, very easy to install and works great. I love the wireless key fob to gain access. I would order a couple extra fobs just in case you loose or damage one.

This mag lock works perfectly. Even better than the product is the Technical Support!! The Technical Support team will not stop until ‘things are right’. John Pena is knowledgeable, patient, and always calls you back!! The lock itself is a Beast!!

Good product but needs MUCH better directions or videos on Install and wiring
Good product. I purchased it for a hidden room I was making with an inswing door. I fumbled through the install and the wiring but it would have made it easier if I did not have to be an electrical Engineer to figure out the wiring! I would recommend the product to a friend. Holding force is great.

Complex, not an easy install.
More complicated then expected. Did not receive magnet when shipped.

No free return
Bought the buzzer lock but not working and to return it costs around $30 for shipping which I have to pay. Don’t buy from this company they don’t provide free return which I thought can be returned for free if something happen.

Update
After a difficult time we were able to get the lock and parts to work. Customer service stayed after hours to resolve the matter. The diagrams aren’t very easy to use. But their support worked it out.
