I can't find a full list of ingredients anywhere. Can someone please help?

Hello, The Active Ingredient are: Rennou (theobromine, calcium acetate and sodium hydrogen phosphate) Purified water, hydrated silica, sorbitol, xylitol, glycerin, xanthan gum, citric acid, sodium benzoate, titanium dioxide, stevia extract, sodium bicarbonate and sugar-free chocolate and vanilla extract. Does it whiten teeth well?

My son uses it, and they look clean and bright. You have to be careful with teeth whitening products because they can wear down your tooth enamel.

Is this for kids only or is it adequate for adults?

Theodent kids is for kids and adults young at heart. The strength of the active ingredient, Rennou, is comparable to Theodent Classic (the mint flavored toothpaste).

Will this heal a tooth cavity??

Cavities can be healed. This is the next best thing if you have a kid who does not like the taste of remineralizing paste. Theodent 300 is great for active decay but has a strong mint taste. Cure Tooth Decay is a great book on remineralizing and reversing tooth decay.
