I have not been able to get to the website to complete the set up process. When I called for the help, they wanted to remotely log into my laptop???

They did this to me too, but did not ask permission. When confronted They immediately logged out and hung up. Called support back and they stuttered their way through saying they would never do that and I must have the wrong number. Returned the product. Safe guarded my compromised computer and will NEVER use this companies products again.

How would it deal with heat? Would like to put it in an outdoor outlet that has a waterproof outlet cover. Gets lots of morning sun.

The wifi range extender gets really warm when its plugged in. I personally keep it out of sunlight areas to avoid overheating Hope this helps

Is this compatible with xfinity comcast router? also, how many units will i need to cover from our office to outside courtyard room?
