I purchased these ear tips for a friend who has a Voyager Legend with a broken ear tip. The sensors in this Bluetooth headset are extremely sensitive. When the ear tip breaks, the person on the receiving end of the phone call can hardly hear the party on the phone with the broken ear tip. These replacement ear tips did the trick, and now my friend's phone conversation is crystal clear. Great product and very comfortable.

I have trouble fitting the foam over the ear bud but my dexterity has declined in recent years with geriatric limitations. The the foam doesn’t stay in place very well at any age and I’ve tried every size. The volume is good when it stays in my ear but it doesn’t do so well there, either. I’ve had about 6 units over 15 years because there are great features and it’s the devil that I know. Good sound for my 3/5 ears (mod impairment) and 5/5 battery life, 4/5 features and controls and ease of use. In 5 years of use with this unit it is hard to keep on my ear these days and the rubber in the tube is weak and failing. I’m retired so I don’t use the unit much anymore and perhaps if I were working I would have lost it and replaced it by now. I’m about ready to give in and replace it, maybe with the same thing.

Perfect fit, especially with the mesh tip covers. Highly recommend them.

Somewhere along the way in the past month or so the little foam spacer on my original Plantronix ear piece fell off and the earbud piece would not stay on without it. I was afraid I would have to buy an entire new headset, but I found these replacements. The price was fair and they arrived in a couple of days and installed in 5 seconds. I'm back in business with a couple of earbuds pieces to spare. Since the first one lasted 3 years of heavy use, I suspect we'll all have Google/Apple implants for phone calls long before I need to order more.

Rating has more to do with the annoying fact that the little foam covers come off constantly. Other than that they fit the headset perfectly and work fine.
