It is a useful and good product but some difficult to use, that's why many people gives negative reviews because use of any garment steamer is some difficult. Filling water is complicated and then on 1 swith, and to start steam use another swith, which also has 2 function is difficult for any one. Otherwise product and results both are good. Nice Product.

I’ve used the Inalsa steam iron just twice so far, and I’m already quite impressed. It heats up quickly, glides smoothly over clothes, and removes wrinkles effortlessly. The steam output is consistent and strong, which really helps with thicker fabrics. Build quality also feels solid. It’s too early to comment on long-term performance, but as of now, I’m very happy with the results. Definitely a good buy! A special thanks to Preeti from the Inalsa team, who guided me patiently on how to use the iron efficiently. Her support made a big difference and helped me get the best results from the product.

Absolutely no customer care. They are avoiding me and the issue. First the water tanker started leaking. Took me 5 hours to get through the customer care. Then it took 2 visits and 7 days by a technician to solve the problem. NOW main problem after the water tanker started leaking was replaced the steamer stopped working. The thing stopped working. Been trying to get through the customer care and asking for a REPLACEMENT since it’s under a 1 YEAR WARRANTY but to no avail. There got to be a better way of putting this warranty to test. You DO NOT want to buy this. Substandard product and a FAILED warranty and customer care

It is heavy to use

The product is good and works well, but you need to understand few things before you buy it. You need to use RO water, else you will get water spill, although water spill is still happening with RO water but much lesser than normal water. Also the use of the product is bit tricky as you need a stand to hang the clothes vertically. The use of the product is not that user-friendly. But it definitely protect clothes from burning. Overall if you like to use steam based iron you can go for it. Product material quality is nice. The price should be a bit lower if we see the material used for the product.
