This is a great gel and we highly recommend it. This is the only gel my husband ever buys because it works really well, it is easy to apply, shines well, and it doesnt require alot of product to be applied. This gel can hold up all day and over a nights sleep. My husband uses this gel every single day and the quantity in this container last him at least 4-5months before needing to buy a new one. I highly recommend it because as a woman if you want a nice clean hold up, it definitely keeps the fly aways down. The amount you get for this product is really good.

the johnny b mode is perhaps the best styling gel that i've used. it works great for my curly afro, and especially during humid hot days. the only wish i have is for the manufacturer creates a scent free version. i simply do not like this scent at all and would prefer all of my hair products to be scent free.

Holds my son's hair all day. Not greasy but a little sticky. It leaves a nice shine not too glossy looking. It smells really nice and clean. A little hard to wash out.

This has been my go to hair gel for YEARS. The consistency is perfect and I like how if you want a stronger/thicker hold, simply use more gel. I have fairly thin hair so I only need/use a little for the right consistency to not have the individual hairs bond too much together. The gel holds well and I never suffer from flakes. What I like most about the gel is it gives off a great smell. My partner sometimes confuses it for cologne. Remember to close the lid after use and you will never have an issue with the gel going bad. 1 x 16oz bottle lasts me about 1 year.

Bought this for my daughter. She uses it primarily to slick her hair back for volleyball. She says it works great, hair stays in place, but it doesn’t make her hair overly stiff and plastic looking. It brushes out almost completely if she’s can’t wash her hair right away. She really likes the smell too.
