The best Magnesium option!
FINALLY! A highly absorbable form of magnesium that does NOT contain Magnesium Stearate (a biofilm which blocks the body from absorbing nutrients)! Additionally, it has Vitamin C as Ascorbyl palmitate which is proven to increase absorption and provide other health benefits. I am a very happy customer - thank you Metabolic Maintenance! 2022 UPDATE: I cannot live comfortably without this supplement; when I skip a day or two, my body tells me with the return of muscle cramps and reduced quality sleep. Two (2) capsules is my personal daily dose, but this would vary depending on an individual's personal deficiency amount. 2018 UPDATE: Wrote the initial review in 2015. Can't believe it's been that long! I am still taking this supplement and am pleased to say that it continues to work great and I have no known side effects. I stopped taking it for a few days and my symptoms (muscle cramps when stretching) returned.

The new plastic container and packaging now lacks quality!
I have been buying this product for years. It used to be sold in a solid glass bottle that was wrapped very well. Now it is being sold in a plastic container. Unfortunately the plastic container was tossed into a flimsy envelope, not secured and sent that way. It arrived extremely dented!!! I suppose the company is attempting to save money with these changes and they no longer care about quality service! How sad! I've been a long term customer and I'm very disappointed with these changes!
