This stuff is FANTASTIC! I carry all my stress in my neck & base of neck. This offers relief in minutes. I don’t claim that it resolves the problem, but it definitely eases the discomfort. This is my 3rd jar. I’ve used it on my stomach when cramping. On my sore calves and plantar fasciitis It takes the edge off. It smells like Wintergreen Lifesavers, which I love. My family feels it is a bit much, but it’s worth it to me.

I had been using this not only for pain, it's great for my colds I apply a small amount of it on my throat and chest specially before bed time! If you have sensitive skin do not apply directly apply it over your pijamas or any piece of fabric and placed it between chest and pijamas. I also use for my feet too. NEVER PUT IT INSIDE YOUR NOSTRILS!

My nail salon uses this on my hands and it is so soothing to my joints. I had to buy some to use more often than once a month! The smell is VERY menthol and kind of hangs around, so if you don't like the smell of menthol this might not be for you.

That really works for muscle pain

I sprung my wrist twice in a bad luck month - accidentally found this at my cousin's place - the minty smell seemed very soothing so I buttered this stuff on my wrist over night and the next day the pain was completely gone. and I rotated my wrist around and heard a little pop. after that it was like nothing happened.
