Edit August 30, 2025:I had to buy these for a medical procedure and they work well. However, I discovered that there is a right way and a wrong way to administer [or good, better, best].Years ago I was informed to sit on the toilet. I did, but it was uncomfortable and slightly inefficient. This round I was informed to lay on left side. This is relatively more comfortable and effective than sitting on the toilet, but I found myself being poked in damaging ways with insertion. Finally, I tried the kneeling forward position which, to me, is the Gold Standard. Oh, enemas. How do I even begin to review this life-saving miracle? If you're like me — constantly constipated and somehow, when you go on vacation, your body gets the memo and decides to shut down your digestive system — you NEED these. Trust me. When you're on a 7-day cruise, haven't pooped in two weeks, and your belly feels like it’s hosting a food fight, you need this in your life.Picture this: You’re karaoke-ing, feeling like a bloated balloon, and you're realizing that your pooper is also on vacation. What do you do? You do THIS. And after a few cocktails, you wait until 3am so that you're loose and you don't care anymore. Leave your roommate behind, so they don't have to experience the groaning, the smell, the sound and/or the overflow. You do your thing (middle of the carpet, send your roommate out of the room for 3 minutes), and then march (QUICKLY) your tired, constipated self to a public restroom on that ship. So… scrolling tiktok and came across a video that talked about oregano oil supplement benefits and I remember my grams telling me about this … I had suspicions that I could potentially have like parasites or something based on some symptoms and oregano oil is supposed to kill off a lot of ailments including some parasitic. Well I got it..started taking it …only gave half a thought to the fact that I didn’t use the bathroom the next morning like everyone else in the reviews did. Last 4-5 days been super busy and hectic so I’m guessing that’s why I didn’t realize I hadn’t had a bowel movement since I started taking them. …extremely odd for me…I usually go about twice a day. Boom, woke up this morning feeling like I was going to explode..a pain I had never experienced as I’ve never been constipated. I spent a good 4 hours trying to make it happen…it wouldn’t and the pain just got worse and worse…I don’t want to gross anyone out but I tried ALOT of things simply because it hurt so bad. In my attempts I realized I had a back up of like ….hardened clay 😳. .:. my body kept saying it was time to come out …NEOW …but it just would not. I have 2 kids… this pain was far beyond childbirth.. (epidurals were utilized). I was in between dizzy naps, extreme cramps, hot sweats, and nausea. Fun fact …what came out indeed had parasites in it… so I’ll just be taking mineral oil w/the oregano pills going forward. Clearly I needed to be cleaned out really bad.Why so detailed info?
