Review: Missing part and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have been trying in vain to get a missing carriage bolt to assemble this rack for almost three months. When I was able to get in touch with Saris, they sent me the wrongs bolts!! The phone calls for customer support are outsourced and all the people there can do is take your information and tell you someone will get back to you. No one has gotten back to me. I've emailed multiple times as well. The online Saris store has the part, but I don't want to pay over $20 for the one part they failed to include. I will never purchase another product from this company. I'm also upset because I was so patient waiting for this bolt that I missed the desertcart return window. No stars. Would not recommend. Review: Wrong bolts 2 times - The bolts are wrong. The bracket has rounded holes but the bolts are square therefore they do not go into the rounded holes completely. Had to purchase my own screws to assemble this item.
