I've used this stethoscope my whole nursing career! It's of excellent quality and easy to hear through. It can be used for adults and neonates as well as pediatric. It's a great value as well.

I bought these for an animal rescue I support.

I recently started working with babies (nurse) and needed to get a pediatric stethoscope. If you work with babies, do yourself a favor and get a pediatric one. I started off using my adult stethoscope but quickly was frustrated by trying to fit it on the chest of a 6lb infant. Littmann is high quality and you can't go wrong with their products. Plus, I love the raspberry color that I selected- it's very pretty.

Littman is the best. The sleek, high quality, light weight material is a bliss in that long days at work.

My wife is a NICU nurse and Littmann is the brand stethoscope she is used to using in the hospital. When our little man developed some respiratory issues during Covid lockdown we really didn't want to have to run to the hospital or clinic every time we thought there might be a problem. So after digging through the options on Amazon my wife said this would be a good one. Purchased it, and between her keen ear and this stethoscope we were able to avoid several emergency department trips.

Calidad en la construcción y los materiales excelente. Muy cómodo y perfecto en su funcionamiento. Poco más se puede decir, es un Littmann, lo mejor. En este caso el modelo pediátrico y color frambuesa, muy llamativo y bonito. El tubo no es de látex, importante para trabajadores o pacientes alérgicos al látex. En mi caso vino con el embalaje correcto y todo bien, pues es vendido y enviado por Amazon. 100% satisfecho con la compra.

Great original one with very good price

Fondendoscopio pediatrico, colore Lampone. Originale Littmann. Unica cosa a cui prestare attenzione durante la scelta è che questo è il modello pediatrico, non quello neonatale (infant). Necessario per una buona auscultazione pediatrica (si sentono suoni impercettibili con il diaframma del fonendo per adulti). L'unico difetto, che non ha nulla a che fare con la qualità del prodotto, è che il fondendoscopio arriva con la classica scatola Littmann, senza ulteriore imballaggio.
