I was on some heavy antibiotics and was told to take this product close with the others to reduce any good bacteria being completely killed or reactions or upset stomach, and it really did a great job of reducing that reaction. I really loved taking the product, it was easy to swallow, and it did not taste bad! The pills lasted me a very long time even with me taking about 4-5 a day!
