I started taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin just after getting ,a week ago, and I’m already feeling the result. My knees hurt, now I feel this pain not so strong and I think that after longer use of this supplement, the result will be good. Very practical to use. Ideally sized and easy to swallow capsules. Ineffective to date
I have Osteo arthritis in my hands and neck. Unfortunately come to the end of my first 120 caps and not feeling any difference at all, currently unsure whether to carry on. If anyone has an opinion I would be interested.

Ich nehme Chondroitin und Gucosamin schon eine Weile wegen Arthrose in den Gelenken. Hilft auf jeden Fall, was ich besonders durch die Besserung in den Kniegelenken spüre. Dass die Kombination dieser beiden Inhaltsstoffe bei Arthrose hilfreich ist, hat mir sogar mein Orthopäde bestätigt.
