These are great fins. The sizing is tricky tho, I was able to return the ones that didnt fit so that was helpful. I bought the size for size 9/9.5 woman and they were too big

Rigid With Right Amount of Flex
Excellent fins. I use them for shallow free diving up to 30’ deep. I wear size 9.5 shoes and the size 42/44 fit me perfectly with out fin socks. Right amount of rigidity for propulsion with enough flex.
