Perfect replacement for our samsung
Our old remote stopped functioning and this was perfect to replace and much better than trying to use a phone app to control the TV which is what we were doing.

Works fine but feels like a knockoff
Functionality is 100% in this remote. Iโm super pleased with that. Price was also great. Fit and finish is a bit lower quality than the original. The Back panel texture is different and the fit of the case sections leaves some edges exposed. Could be extra flash not cleaned up during assembly.

Does not function as the official "Samsung" Smart Remote. You won't be happy.
My old remote finally quit so I opened up the bag for this new one. They look identical however while it works the TV, it experiences issues of compatibility. I cannot use the remote to sync my bose system like I used to with my official remote. This remote is not 100% compatible. It even states on my tv screen when I attempt to use it to set up the tv that I need to use a "samsung smart remote". Obviously this is not compatible and I should seek a refund.

It has issues with my tv
It decides to go into settings on its own. Volume goes up on its own sometimes. And it fast forwards on its on sometimes.

It works, but needs improvement
After my dog chewed up the remote for my QLED TV I wanted to replace it with the OEM Samsung model, but had no luck finding a direct replacement - especially with quick shipping. This remote does the job, and voice commands work, but it does regularly lose connection and has to be re-paired to the TV.

Volume features do not work with a receiver hooked up.
This works fine for all the Samsung TV features, but if you have a receiver attached to your TV to control audio, it does not work with the receiver. It recognizes that you're pressing something as I see a message on the TV when the volume buttons are pressed, but they don't do anything more. I ended up returning the remote.
