Perfectly delicious
The jar was very well-packaged and arrived fully intact. The jam is thick with fruit pulp and peel, but not overly chunky. It is sufficiently sweet to balance the tartness and slight astringency or bitterness, but not too sweet - just right to my taste. The flavor and fragrance of bergamot is strong, but not to the extent that it would be like eating cologne-flavored jam. It is a very elegant, refreshing flavor that would go very well paired with all sorts of other foods. Overall, it is perfectly delicious, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves marmalade, or citrus.

Arrived quickly. First time trying Bergamot jam, smooth consistency and a tangy, slightly bitter citrus taste. Great on freshly baked bread.
