What is the W rating of this flour?

I don’t know what this rating means but I use this flour a lot, for pizza and for a crusty peasant bread. What makes this flour so great is it’s high gluten content, over 14%. It is the best flour available for NY-style, thin crust pizza or bagels and my peasant bread, baked in a preheated covered Emile Henry pan, is fantastic. Recipes available upon request.

Is this a product of china? is it grown, milled, packaged in north america.

To the best of my knowledge, and with help from Google, I can say with reasonable certainty that this flour is grown and milled in the US.

How large a container will I need to get for storage?

I know this is an old question but I ordered two 22qt food storage buckets, the 50lb bag filled them both.
