Q: Is it sliver like it won’t turn my neck green after awhile?

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter and it has not turned her neck colors, however she doesn’t wear it every day. I don’t know exactly what it is made of. She only wears it from time to time and I can’t say for sure if it would react with someone else’s skin in a different way.

Q: Are you able to add your own floating charms or is it permanently closed and you can’t open it up.

Mine is sealed closed and does not open.
