Not back-lit keyboard. Dell it replaced had a backlit keyboard. Hard to see and use keys, very disappointing.

Great screen and I very much like the touch screen option. Do wish the keyboard keys were more cupped however.

I recommend not buying from this supplier, he sold me a laptop knowing that it had defects, he scammed me because when I wrote to him he was not responsible but told me that he had nothing to do with the product. From the first day I tried it, the laptop did not work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

The silver backlit keyboard is pretty at first, but as you try to use it, the backlight washes out the letters and they become unreadable. Even with the backlight disabled, the contrast is so poor, the letters are very hard to see. Unless you're a touch typist or only use it as a tablet, plan to swap the keyboard for a black one.

Worked for 2 weeks! TOTAL COST AFTER 9 MONTHS $2,140.Needing computer to work from home, I bought this model Dell Inspiron 7791 laptop at Best Buy 4/30/20 - online Curb-side pickup Only days. First Cost - $1,480 for laptop & 2-yr Geek Squad protection. Paid ANOTHER $210 for Dell OEM Docking station w/warranty on (AMZN). Wi-Fi internet frequently FAILS so I bought Mobile Hotspot (add $50/month) for 9 months ($450). Office work from home use ONLY & within 2 weeks Dell auto software update install caused the sound to fail. $2,140 IN HARD CASH PAID OUT over 9 MONTHS. BBY would repair via send-out per warranty (over 2+ months to send out for fix or replace).Lost Time - 16 hours PHONE CALLS w/ Dell customer support. Dell Cust. Service would not replace & delayed a TECH home visit as promised & tried to sell me $330 tech support service. (for more Re-installed drivers + Windows 10 re-installed on 5 separate calls, NO THANKS.) HOWEVER, I PROMISED to help DELL get publicity on local TV News within 3 days, "HARD-WORKING GRANDA PICKETS BEST BUY & DELL FOR $1,500 LAPTOP THAT does NOT WORK." Dell then sent technician to replace faulty sound hardware. Sound worked well for 90 days but today sound is barely at audible at max volume. Internet WIFI fails daily.Son home for holiday re-installed the speakers in Dec. just in time for my scheduled client call.DOLLAR COSTS -$2,140; TIME COSTS- DELL CUST SUPPORT- Phone 16-hrs. house VISIT 2 -hrs. COSTS OF STRESS, time bandit & LOST PEACE OF MIND - Priceless.

Computer crapped out within a year-Cant salvage it- buy it directly from a Dell store not this third party crap

Bought refurbished for $999.99. Had trouble from the get go Then ended up a black screen.. Called Del and they told me to return it .I did. Very disappointed.
