A little goes a long way!
I'm an absolute fan of Arnica. So this stuff helps when you have had a cramp or sore muscles. Yes, it's got that Bengay smell, but it helps!

Helps both knees and shoulder
This product seems to help both with my knees and shoulder, I have less pain when I remember to use it daily. I also like that it does not seem to have a strong scent.

I have use this before the first time o got it was on QVC but apparently they stop selling it so I decided to check you all out and found it, I was please it is very good for sore knees and back..

Works Fast but the Smell Is Pretty Strong
This cream actually works well it starts cooling within minutes and noticeably eases joint tension and muscle soreness after workouts. It’s lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue, which I love. My only complaint is the scent it’s pretty strong at first, so if you’re sensitive to smells, that might be a downside. Still, it does its job really well, and a little goes a long way. I’d definitely use it again, just wish the fragrance was milder.
