I have bought this product before and it works very well. It is absorbed very well and even though it's a natural product, the vitamins are there. The reason why I know that is because I see it when I visit the restroom. I see the change in urine color, which is to be expected with B vitamins. I don't want to be graphic but that's how I know this isn't an inert product. It really has the nutrients claimed on the label.

While reading these different reviews I really have to laugh, at people. First people complain about the price…What do you expect ppl, you’re getting the best product available, it’s organic, it’s food based, clean and pure! Would you rather be taking something synthetic that’s made in a laboratory, all chemicals? If so, buy a $10 bottle of B vitamins but Don’t expect something of quality!!! The synthetic ones, non food based, gave me a very odd reaction, making me feel ill. Garden of Life vitamins are not made from chemicals, most are food base and of great quality. I prefer food based vitamins bc these are clean by nature. People also complain about the size. These people probably can’t take an aspirin w/o complaining. Vitamins can be broken in half, even smaller, and they’re not that big anyway. We should feel fortunate Garden of Life cares enough to make such a quality product for us. Then there’s the people who complain yet about the taste. Have you ever tasted Brewers yeast? It’s a natural form of B vitamin? It’s horrible but it’s good for us & it’s great sprinkled on top of popcorn w/ butter, the taste of brewers yeast totally changes. This is one of the most essential vitamins we need for great health. Some times things good for us don’t taste that great but people get serious, we definitely need B vitamins in our diet! So just swallow your B Vitamins quickly and grow-up already, then stop complaining! The B Vit is one of our most critical vitamins for us. It runs our entire central nervous system! Most people are unaware of what they’re really taking B Vitamins for, much less have No business commenting on it for others who will benefit greatly from it. I usually never write reviews but after reading some comments so absurd and ridiculous I had to respond. I was concerned some of you might actually think these reviews mattered or made any sense at all, when they don’t. Some people have probably studied very little nutrition yet make bold statements about the B vitamin. I have studied nutrition, particularly the B vitamin & how it works in our body. I’m 71 yrs old and I’ve been taking B vitamins over 45 years of my life now. B vitamins balance our blood sugar level! This is huge! For those people who are diabetic it’s essential to take B Vitamins and even if you’re not diabetic they are a very essential part of our daily diet. It’s nearly impossible to get all the B Vits we need in a normal, even an extra good diet. B Vitamins oxidize, or burn up the sugar in our body, balancing our blood sugar level so the body doesn’t have to keep sending insulin to break down the sugar, eventually creating insulin shock, hence, after time diabetes can set in. People who eat too much sugar or carbohydrates, even an average amount of sugar should know this isn’t good for them but for those Ppl who eat too much sugar can give themselves insulin shock, eventually leading to diabetes. Sugar is in nearly everything we buy and eat. It’s even naturally occurring like in milk and in especially in alcohol too. B Vitamins burn up the sugar in our body occurring in products like breads, pasta alcohol etc, especially after a big “night out!” So don’t forget to take your B vitamins before going out drinking alcohol. Most all white foods break down into simple sugar, carbohydrates, requiring the need for a B vitamins to break down the ‘not so simple sugar’ in our bodies! Western Dr’s normally don’t study nutrition. They don’t generally inform patients about the added value of taking B Vitamins, something I find very critical, especially for people who are Already diabetic! This is a very serious concept to consider, taking a B complex vitamins. For people smart enough to have done their homework on these rather awful tasting golden nuggets which add a myriad of nutrients & energy to our body essentially giving way to great health in our lives. I would never dream of leaving this very basic B Vitamins out of my daily diet! I love the element of energy they help provide. People are always commenting on how young I look and how fit I am. I’m sure B vitamins have added such health and longevity to my life; this is something I am so pleased I took the time to study up on, now many many years ago. B Vitamins...realizing the very essential benefits you’ll be receiving from them, surely adding healthy years to your life. I hope you intellectual people read this, sift through some of the silly reviews to realize the importance of what the B vitamins do for us, especially the Organic Garden of Life Brand. It’s pure & simple, it’s the B Complex Vitamin.

These are great quality. I will say though that because I eat a clean, vegetable-based diet with lean, humanely-raised or wild-caught proteins, I get quite a bit of these through food sources, and don't need to take this every day. It IS possible to develop a vitamin toxicity from overdosing on supplements, and I think I began to experience that after a month or two of taking one daily. The palms of my hands began to sort of burn and tingle, and I looked up that symptom crosschecked with vitamin toxicity, and did find some information about too much Niacin having this effect. I stopped taking this for a few days, and sure enough, that disconcerting sensation went away. Some of the excess of these vitamins wash out in your urine more than others, so unless you've got a deficiency, I would be careful with all supplements generally, and these specifically (but only because these are the ones I'm talking about right now). I don't always get 100% of the RDA from food, so I do take these once a week, and could probably take them twice while avoiding the ill effects I described above, but once a week is enough for me for now, and for my purposes, they're great! I'm sure they will be for yours as well, as long as you take them in an informed manner.

I got these B-complex vitamins after my doctor recommended taking B vitamin complex as I was low in B12 and was experiencing tingling and burning sensations in hands and leg. My doctor said that these would go away once I build up on B-vitamins. I wanted something wholesome and organic and NOT synthetic. I received these today. I’m already taking MyKind Organic Women vitamins and they have been a tremendous help with obtaining B12. However, B-Complex provide a more whole dose of B vitamins. I don’t have much to say as I just got them but will definitely provide an update on how they are working for me. I will say that the taste of my B-complex is much better than myKind Women vitamin, it appears to dissolve well. The tablet is pretty large, well any tablet size is pretty big for me as I have been breaking tablets since I started consuming them. I tend to break tablets in half and swallow them by small pieces, but most of the time I chew them a few times before I swallow. I wish they were much cheaper as $19.99 is quite a lot for a 30/day supply. That’s about $239.88/year if you buy every month. That’s my biggest complaint so far, is the cost. However, I love that they are wholesome, organic, non-gmo, gluten-free, and vegan. I will follow up later after I’m either half way done or done with my B-complex vitamins to provide a review of its efficiency. 2020 update: Remember I mentioned over a year ago that I had tingling and burning sensations in my hands and legs? Well my doctor was so right!! Ever since I started taking these B-complex vitamins, the tingling and burning sensations on my hands and legs went away! I’m definitely NOT a medical provider or advisor, this is my own personal experience and my doctor’s recommendation for me. However, I’m so grateful because the tingling in my hands and legs were so uncomfortable and thought it would never go away. Again, the flavor is good and it has a hint of sweetness. These are thick size vitamins. I continue to recommend them!

Great quality fir women works well

I had lost half of my hair from chemo treatment. I was desperate to use anything available to stop my hair loss and to help me regrow my hair fast. I can not believe how fast my hair grew in just 3 weeks. I have a cosmetology license for my previous profession and medical education for my master's. So I have knowledge about normal hair growth rates. This medication is a miracle. I thought my hair would take at least a couple of months to start small improve, but it improved very well in three weeks. I didn't even take the full dose. I only took one pill 3 times a week. I had a couple of breakouts on my face but now it all cleared up. I think my body had to adjust to the medication. If you ladies and gentlemen want fast hair growth, I mean super fast, then give this medication a try. It doesn't taste bad at all. I am very happy about this. I use this daily for my knees which I tore and folded the meniscus. It has helped the joints feel good, more mobile, and minimizes the shifting (and popping). I have also experimented for three weeks with the full dose and three weeks without the B complex. It really does make a ton of difference. I also tried another brand of B complex. This one felt the best. My whole body just feels better with it. I feel like I have more energy and as said before my joints appreciate having it. :)

I take these because I have fatigue and hormonal issues. I've been taking them for a month and I've noticed a big difference! My body does not process synthetic vitamins, so I was thrilled to find this natural alternative! These are horse-pills, but I don't find them too difficult to swallow. I sometimes break them in half since they are over 100% of the daily value. A bit on the expensive side, but it's worth the money to not be drained after a non-strenuous day.

On my third bottle and no nasty fillers to cause constipation. It is a large pill, I bought a pill cutter and it didn't even fit it. So I end up using a knife to cut the pills in two.

I developed a bad reaction after I used it. I started having trouble breathing and my face and neck turned red. I do not recommend it. Be careful.
