There's not much I can say about this particular product other than it is a phenomenal idea. It is sentimental and functional and whoever came up with this is a freaking genius. I absolutely love this gift and so did my father when I sent it to him for Father's Day. It is extra handy if the men in your life or your father or woman or whatever is handy around the house or has an office. Either way, what are you give it to be used or simply displayed, it is a reminder of your appreciation for all the hard work and continuous work in progress that goes along with building your village. There is nothing that I can possibly say about this product as it is well made and yet it's value can be split into its meaning and simplicity. You just can't go wrong with this one and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has had help along the way and wants to show a little appreciation.

I found this wonderful Hammer some time back but it was already after Christmas and my husband's birthday wasn't until September. I quickly stuck it in my hidden cart so he would not come across it. The thing is, he collects hammers and hangs them in the garage. We make monthly trips to the swap meet to find odd or antique ones. So when I found this I was elated. Then Fathers Day came up and there was my chance and I took it. I am quite happy with it. It's beautiful and you know how hard it can be to shop for a man. Not every wife can run out and buy him a Ferrari. So this was that one special gift that would really make it special. A once in a life time find. Unlike his hammers in the garage, this one is on our mantle above the fire pace and hold a special place in his life. I wanted to share a couple of pictures. My grandson bought this for his father for Father’s Day and his dad loved it. It was a pretty cool idea.

Upon my father opening the gift the head of hammer was already far to loose and near immediately came off with no effort. It's understanding that's it isn't exactly a hammer that's usable, but this defect was illusion shattering and killed a lot of the sentiment in the inscription. On the bright side that was the only flaw with the product that wood and inscription on the handle was excellent. 3/5 starts in light of the fact that the hammer heads defects could have been a result of shipping mismanagement, rather then a manufacturing mistake. They sent me a new one without me asking free of charge that had no flaws and was well made.

All my life I worked my father doing heating and air conditioning 3 years ago I decided to start my own company and things have been better than ever when I saw this I figured it would be the perfect gift from my father because without him I would have no trade or anything is molded me into the man that I am today and this is by far one of the best gifts I can give him it may not cost a lot of money but it has a lot of meaning behind it. The Edge work in the hammer and the lettering is perfect the hammer is absolutely great

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my father and I received it within a week. Luckily, I got a jump-start on my Christmas shopping because I had to return the item due to it being damaged. The hammer head was very loose, like it was going to fall off. Like other reviews, there was also a glue/plastic peel where the metal meets the wood. As you can see, this isn't a very cheap hammer; therefore, I wanted it to be perfect when I received it. Regardless of the defects, this is a great meaningful gift. I returned this item, and I am waiting to receive it's replacement. Hopefully it doesn't let me down because I know this would mean a lot to my dad.

Love it, I mean we know all dad's has the the toughest job, which is to protect his family first, then fix what's broken next. This is a perfect gift to show how much we love our pop's. And how so? By giving him one of the most common tool so he can lay the hammer down. The hammer is made well, has nice heft. It's well balanced and the wood and steel seem of good quality but the most important thing is- we let dad know he's in charge now. God Bless.

I bought this for my dad this father's day and being the 'daddys girl' that I am, I decided to go with something a little more sentimental this year! I received this hammer very quickly and of course I couldn't wait to open it up. The wooden handle is nice and smooth. The engraved message is perfectly done. And of course the quality of the actual hammer head is great as well. I borrowed and never returned one of his OLD old hammers years ago but I know this one will be a way better replacement by far!!
