This smoker is amazing. It's not huge but it has multiple shelves. Very happy with it. It makes smoking meats a doddle with its timer and temp control.

Bought via Amazon .Smoker arrived with slight damage to door(small dent). Initial start up all good .The smoker unit digital control panel are prone to faults ,do not leave the panel connected as condensation will build up and cause corrosion within the panel.This is caused by the heat travelling via the cable ducting. I have used mine for over 12 months with great results, after sorting the control panel issues.I disconnect each time after use and store the control panel indoors There is a lot of guidance on changing the control panel on social media.The UK suppliers were not able to resolve the control panel issue which is frustrating Cant give a 5 star review because of the problems I have encountered

Lovely smoker arrived today! On the downside the top was dented in a few places Resulting in the holes not lining up for the electric display to bolt on slightly annoying considering it costs £250!

Superb! I switched from a Weber Smoky Mountain to this electric smoker due to the appeal of an easier smoking day of electric vs coals. I did worry about a possible impact in flavour but if anything this is better because it's easier to control. Masterbuilt have put together the simplest possible electric smoker with the addition of a nice way to reload chips without opening the smoker. We have made smoked bacon, ham, chicken and various vegetables thus far and perfect everytime. It is also very easy to clean. You just take out the few loose items, including racks and wash them and give the inside a quick wipe to remove anything burnt on, but obviously without removing the oily smoker seasoning and you're good to go again. Much easier than the smoky mountain.

Lovely bit of kit used it to smoke some salmon and cold smoke some cheese Only thing I would change is it needs to be sold with the extension legs

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas, and first time we're going to use it, it doesn't even turn on. No light, no power. Tried different power outlets, nothing. Troubleshooting showed many problems with fuse, tried to replace that too, and still doesn't work. Have contacted the company as its too late to return via Amazon.

Purchased this from Amazon last week - Went to use in on the weekend and the temperature kept on reducing after it reached its attained temperature and after topping it with wood which burned out after 20 mins. This continued just over an hour and I contacted Amazon. I suspected this is a faulty Thermostat. Amazon agreed this was faulty and now have collected the defective item (without packaging), I have ordered the exact same product again just today. Hopefully I don't have this same problem again and advised Amazon they should discontinue the product until the issue is rectified - if proven to be the same issue. Watch this space - for update.

Nach nun mehr als 20Jahren musste hatte mein alter Smoker ausgedient und ein neuer Smoker wurde gesucht.Dabei bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Komplett isoliert macht er seine Arbeit auch bei 0 Grad. Temperatur Einstellungen und die Zeiteinstellung vereinfachen jetzt das Smokern. Die Türe besitz eine umlaufende Dichtung und es tritt kein Rauch aus. Die Größe des Smokers ist völlig ausreichend. Die seitliche befüllungsmöglichkeit finde ich persönlich sensationell. Fast alles ist perfekt bis auf die Höhe. Ich besorgte mir dafür von dieser Firma noch die Standfüße somit steht er jetzt 35cm höher.(Pefekt)
