I'd estimate about 350ml, it is quite small, I cant fit a full tin of soup in it.

My spoon is missing, is there a way to get one sent, without sendinf the whole order back

Was it not with the pot, if not I'd get in touch with the company & ask for a spoon or return the whole lot & ask for a new one with spoon. BTW my spoon just broke in half for no reason!
