Incredible, glossy sweet rice!
For glossy shinny cooked rice that holds a shape when cooked do not rinse the starch ( it will be different if you rinse it ) - My Photo Recipe - Add together in the pot - 1 c rice add into a pot with 2 1/4 c best with quality bulion in the water or broth or butter Bring to a boil then cover turn flame to the lowest about 18 - 25 min - turn off flame with cover on let set 10 min - when done the rice looks glossy shinny - see my pic - ( not fluffy ) - the rice will hold a shape - try a cookie cutter oil it first - mound onto your plate over food - very delicious I could eat this all day long - uncooked, the rice looks short, opaque white, short grain like Italian Risotto Rice

Having several previous orders for reference I can honestly say that this is high quality product. Tried a few different brands over the years and none came close to the same quality.

Convenient and Practical Way to get this rice
Happy that I was able to find the sticky glutinous rice on Amazon. I used to have to go to Chinese grocery store to get this rice and the store is not very close to where I live. And the quality of this rice is great. I will buy from Amazon again if I need more. This is a convenient choice.

small rice grains perfect for blending into foods
Grilled a small salmon cross-cut with this as a side dish after adding fresh lemon juice and spices in the rice. Delicious mouth feel and it sopped up the salmon/butter juices without my help. Tried it in a rice bowl with lots of refrigerator leftovers added. Now I wish I had more leftovers to add to this rice.
