Terra by Battat Marine World Ocean Animal Toy Set, 60-Piece Playset

This product really surprised me with its quality and value for money. My children (5, 3 and 2) have played with them for ages every night in the bath since they arrived last week. Previously we had three fish by schleich that were about £6 per fish and the children were not that bothered about them. It seems they like the sheer number of fish in this pot as they can all fish for them and sort them, find matches etc and there are plenty to go round. I had thought these would look really cheap next to the schleich ones but they don’t. I’ve pictured one of them next to a dark blue schleich fish to compare. They seem to be made of the same type of plastic, and are sturdy and quite weighty per fish. The crabs don’t feel like their legs and pincers are going to fall off. Highly recommend and I’ll be looking at getting more of the Battat “terra” pots line after seeing the quality of these

My 3 year old loves this and plays with the ocean animals every day.

With it being difficult to get reasonably priced marine animals in my local area i thought these would be great for my son (4). They arrived in a lovely big strage box and I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality. My only thing i can fault with the producy is the inconsistency between the quality of the figures. Some are very intricate and beautiful and some are lightweight plastic with not great detail. Overall im happy with the size of the animals as they are a mix of big and mini and the 4 year is happy which is the most important part.

Great value, my grandson loves them he plays in the sink with them for ages at a time. Only negative is I wish the names of the different fish was included.

They were perfect size! I thought they were going to be tiny, but i was impressed. Used for under the sea theme!

These tropical fish and crab toys are really fun to play with - my girls love them and they’re great for imaginative water or sand play. The only downside is the quality - some of the paint is a bit wonky or chipped. It doesn’t affect how they play with them, but worth knowing if you care about perfect finish.

These are not cheap toys. They look realistic, have texture to them, and they're heavy and sturdy. They are just what I was looking for. I wanted my kids to play with realistic turtles, sharks, and penguins instead of cheap toys that hardly resemble the true animal. We haven't taken them into the bath yet, but there are no holes in them for water to get into so I'm hopefully they still hold up well because they seem to be really well made.

Our daughter loves playing with them! We use it as a tool to learn animals so I really recommend it even for 18m, with adult supervision of course!

Workmanship is bad, the joints are very visible, paint job is missing in many places. Some of them look like they came out of horror movies. Variety of animals is quite disappointing. It is affordable and the number of pieces of items received is good but the quality needs improving.

Beautiful, colorful and varied! 40 fishes and 20 crabs. It`s like 5 fishes of 8 different species, and 5 species of crabs! Really amazing quality.
