Limited Ingredient, Chicken & Green Pea, 5.5 oz, 24 Pack

I’ve always loved this brand. And now that one of my cats needs to be on a limited ingredient diet, I’m happy to say that she and all four of my other cats absolutely love this, as well as the dry version.

My kitty with allergies needs this food and it’s a great option that I’m thankful to have for him. All of my kitties like the food so, yay!

Update to previous review. I believe Natural Balance offloads the lots that are not right to Amazon to sell. Every time I’ve had to purchase from Amazon the cans of food are mostly water and certainly not pate. Which costs me more money since I have to feed twice the amount so they don’t go hungry. Clearly a manufacturing issue as the cans I get from my local pet store are perfect consistency and less expensive than what Amazon sells it for. That way I’m also supporting a local small business. I bought this product a few years ago but my cats did not like the thick pasty consistency of the food. I found another brand that they really liked so made the switch. Fast forward to this year when that other brand changed their product (while jacking up the price) and rendered it inedible to my cats. I looked for an alternative and saw this product repackaged as "Reserve". Bought a case and I thank my lucky stars the cats love it and it agrees with them - no more smelly stool from the other product. The case I received does NOT contain canola oil as others have noted and has duck products listed first so perhaps I was fortunate to get the good stuff. I also feed the kibble form of this brand and they like it. It's expensive, at least $10/case more than what I was paying, but if it helps their digestive system and they enjoy the food then it's worth it. I spend more on cat food every month than I do on people food.

She is 16 and acts like she is still enjoying life

My oldest cat, Rocket, has a very sensitive stomach and since I've switched him to this food and the dry version, he hasn't thrown up even once. I think he's allergic to chicken so it's been difficult finding a single protein source diet. I feed it to him and his brother Bowser - they both REALLY enjoy the food! It has ingredients I can see and recognize. However, it's very very expensive, and sometimes the cans come dented or slightly open. I am happy to pay the money because it is working so well for my cat but I can see how it can be an issue for others.

Great product. Recommended by veterinarian. Good quality ingredients. Have purchased numerous times. Highly recommend. Worth the money.

Product arrived in original package with an opening. Only 22 of 24 cans were present. No reason to return; I just want to be compensated for receiving less than I purchased.

Didn’t help my cats diarrhea but nothing wrong with it itself. She wasn’t super interested in the taste though.

We have 3 cats and they love this food. I would highly recommend this Natural Balance to anyone that has a cat. Unfortunately, the Amazon price has drastically increased hence the 4 stars for "Value for Money". I am hoping though that the price will drop next month.

One of my cats has thyroid problems and I've been trying to get her onto a healthier diet. Doing research on the internet I came across this food and gave it a try. Don't know why but neither one of my cats wants to eat it. It seems like a good product, can't figure out why they won't even give it a try.

the cats love this food, and I believe it's one of the better quality choices on amazon, too. Beware that shipping has left some of the cans dented, so I'm using those up first.

good quality

My cats like it
