5/26/2026 : Fantastic strippers! It took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to set the blade depth, and essentially it is common sense -- start conservative, spin this tool, and if the ethernet jacket doesn't easily slip off, tighten the blade a little more, rinse and repeat until that jacket just slips right off. I love how light the plastic is, but it still feels very premium quality, and robust. The blade is super sharp. So easy to use! I used to feel intimidated by stripping ethernet cables, using those big strippers/crimpers. This device is my go to tool now, and makes me want to custom install ethernet everywhere! If you're pulling on the tool hard enough to feel like you might break the blade, then you haven't set the depth right. And remember, different ethernet cables will need different blade depths. Amazing tool! Sure, it is "one more tool" as opposed to an all-in-one, but, oh my lord, when the difference is this drastic, it is so worth it! You have to try this out!

The adjustable stripping tool was perfect for stripping the ethernet cable without cutting the cables inside. Works as advertised and I have had no issues with it.

Very easy to use. Once you have the cutters set up, stripping cat 6 cable is extremely fast and the set up is quick too. It is easily the best cutter for ethernet cable I've ever used.

This is good for small cables I've used it many time and it beats using a knife.

I've always used a Klein ethernet crimper to remove jackets from ethernet. But sometimes, I would nick or even cut one wire in a cable by pressing just a bit too hard. I can still do that with this tool, but it has a cutting depth adjustment that makes it much more unlikely. With the non-adjustable Klein, moving from one roll of cable to another meant I have to allow for the jacket thickness and cable OD. With this adjustable, I get really close almost every time even when switching cable. When I'm using a 1000 ft roll, it is really simple. Set once and almost forget about it.

It's a nice tool, good quality and what I've gotten from the brand so far has been nice. Even though it's plastic this cable stripper is some thing that feels solid in the hand and it came preset and did a great job stripping their cables, Nice clean cuts just the right length and everything. I think I've tried it on some other ones I can't remember. Plus it's green so I can tell all my green tools apart from everybody else so nobody else is allowed to get green tools. I say that jokingly but I am trying to get only green tools so I can spot them and know they're mine. Unfortunately there's a certain company with green... in their name who is now selling orangely and yucky brownly colored tools and has not updated their product photos, thankfully truecable has come out with some comparable items that are actually green.

Made mostly from plastic, but works well in cat6 unshielded cable.
