Great addition to my yoga practice! I use these to lengthen arms for arm balances, to intesify hamatring stretches, and to gently stretch my back. The rounded shape makes them well worth the money, and the pretty teal is a nice bonus

While these are a bit expensive, I have found them very helpful. There are many stretches that you can do, and I find particularly for my neck, they are great.

I took my four new eggs to yoga the other night and loved how they take the pressure off my wrists in downward dog. They're also great in sitting forward bends for pulling forward. They're great as supports in various positions. The teacher and all the students wanted to experiment with them too. They tried them and they're ordering them.

This are really nice. I am a yoga instructor and teach a lot of Yin and Restorative classes. These blocks are lovely. They are as sturdy as cork blocks but no "sharp" edges. They fit the body comfortably and I can use them in tons of different ways. They are pricey but I will definitely invest in some more sets.

These are so versatile for when you can't reach your toes. If you have tight hips the shape works well as support.

I love these egg shaped blocks and originally ordered through YogaFit. I lost 1 and need to find them again, so amazon was where I searched. The only reason I don’t give 5-stars is the price point. Very expensive and be aware Only 1-egg shaped block comes in a 1-pack.

I love using these in yoga class, much more than a standard square block. Because of they oval shape, they can also give you a bit more of a challenge on your balance poses when placed on their side. I also use them in final relaxation as a back prop. They are a natural fit under the curve of my spine.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING LED ME TO BELIEVE THERE WERE TWO IN A SET. I fully expected 2 for that high price, and be sure I will not recommend this item nor purchase any more from this vendor
