If i get my water from a service company like crystal springs or zephyhills, will the bottle sealed fit snugly in the dispenser holder and easy to us?

Yes, all 5 gallon bottles as well as 3 Gallon bottles fit into this dispenser regardless of the vendor that provides your water. It looks great and doesn't have the bulky bottle hanging out of the top. Very clean looking.

How completley does this cooler empty a 5 gallon jug?

There's a good 12 - 16 0z left in the jug which I just pour over ice and drink.

Does it come with a water bottle??

The dispenser came with a coupon for a free 5-gallon Primo water bottle and water: that would normally cost about 14 bucks.

Will it take 3 gal. bottles?

Yes, I have personally used a 3-gallon bottle, and it works fine. You need to make some adjustments to the supplied cap to use a 3-gallon bottle. The included instructions show you how to do this.
