I picked up two of these in different colors for my kids who are learning how to skate. Right out of the box, the colors look great. That actually made a bigger difference than I expected since it encourages my kids to wear them without any complaints. Fit has been spot on. One of my kids has about a 20.5" head and the other is around 21", and the Child 8+ size fits both of them really well with a secure, comfortable feel. The straps adjusted nicely and the padding is thick. It hasn't been hot enough to know if the cooling vents work or not. I also like that these are certified helmets, especially for the price. It gives some extra peace of mind knowing they meet safety standards while they’re still learning. One thing to note is the paint does scratch fairly easily. It’s not a huge deal for a kids helmet, but if you’re trying to keep it looking nice, you might want to store it in a bag or be a bit careful with it. Overall, these are a solid choice for kids. Good fit, nice design, and a fair price. I plan on picking up an adult version for myself as well.

Purchased this helmet for my niece, for when she rides her scooter. Even as suborn and hardheaded she is, I finally got her to wear it anytime she rode her scooter. And its a solid helmet, and no matter how hardheaded she is, this helmet it a bit harder, and will save her stubbornness to be someone else problem long into the future. It fit well on her, she claims its comfortable, but who knows if she is just saying that to shut me up. But i think it is actually that, due to how much padding and thick that padding is inside said helmet, and it is lightweight also so that aids in it. But overall a good investment in my opinion.

It sits a little bulky on my head, though still secure once adjusted. Chin strap is easy to use and stays in place. It feels like it provides good, solid, and sufficient protection and coverage. Build quality: The outer shell feels sturdy (standard ABS), and the foam liner is what you’d expect for a helmet in this range. It doesn’t feel cheap, but it’s definitely more “basic” than performance-focused options. Ventilation: This is one area where you notice the price point. There are vents, but airflow is limited—fine for short rides, but I wouldn’t pick this for long rides in hot weather. Safety: It’s triple certified, which is great for versatility (bike, skate, scooter). That said, it does NOT include MIPS or similar rotational impact protection, which is something to consider if you’re riding at higher speeds or commuting regularly. Bottom line: Good entry-level helmet for casual use and shorter rides. If you’re just cruising around or need something affordable and functional, it’s a solid pick. If you want better comfort, ventilation, or advanced safety features, it’s worth stepping up to a higher-end model. My son tried three different helmets before settling on this one. Fits well, is comfortably, and it’s not bulky. Would recommend and buy again.
