Sloooow shipping
The item is satisfactory but the shipping was terrible. You can buy these same products through Walmart and receive your package in 2 days via FedEx. Amazon uses USPS and it took 9 days for delivery. The worst carrier to use for shipping.

I trust these somehow
As with any multivitamin, you're at the mercy of the company over a lot of factors. I supplement with d3, k2, zinc, magnesium, B12, c, protein, and creatine. I was worried about the little stuff since I'm basically a keto-vore these days. I eat one of these a day after my big meal at noon and I guess I've been feeling better? Anyway, I trust the company, and I like the nutritional profile. The quality seems top-notch. I will continue to use these.
