Floral Satin Kimono Robes for Women Lounge Wear with Pockets Box

In 2021, I bought the olive green floor length with white flowers in one-size: this robe is a beautiful color, my favorite shade of green, and it is some high-quality material and craftsmanship. I bought some other robes off amazon and this is noticeably a nicer fabric and the stitching is top-notch. The cheaper one I got I’ve had to repair a hole I put into it by being clumsy (caught it on a door or something, idk) but that one only has a thin line of sewing, this one is not going to rip as easily because the stitching is what you’d find on a high quality dress - I’ve had all my robes for the same amount of time so can attest the durability with this one is owed to the quality. Now for sizing, I’m short and pear-shaped, 5’4” height and waist about 40” with bigger hips and the fit is fine for how I use it - at my current size, no it won’t close all the way over my hips but I usually wear it over pajamas or lingerie and it is wonderful, silky soft and drapes elegantly. It is not super light or super shiny, as that would feel and look cheap - it has some weight to it but not heavy, and the gloss is more of a sheen/or natural shimmer (no it does not have glitter). My camera does not capture it. Definitely makes me feel like ‘that’ girl lol and this is a must-have for me when I travel and am lounging about in a hotel room balcony or such. Length wise it doesn’t drag on the floor, it’s around the top of my ankles. I also purchased the plus-size from the same brand, for someone as a gift (got her the coffee color which is a gorgeous light bronze) as she is around 5’10” and much heavier than me too - she loves hers and that robe has lasted just as long - size-wise though hers would swallow me. I would recommend this product without hesitation. I wish it came in other patterns or colors, a deep pink or blush would be pretty and I’d buy it in a heartbeat - and I would repurchase too, as my rich glossy olive robe is a staple.

I sent it to the cleaners to get all of the creases out from where it was folded in a bag. After that it was perfect I love the way it looks and feels! Great buy may purchase more for gifts… it’s beautiful.

The robe looks beautiful. Feels nice and silly. It is folded nicely in a box. Product earns 5 stars… But the box was shipped with a label slapped on it. So the sturdy, pretty white box is a bit scuffed and label had to be removed carefully.

this has genuinely become one of those items that lives in constant rotation to the point where i briefly panic if it’s in the wash. i throw it on after showers, over pyjamas, while making coffee, while doing skincare, while standing dramatically by the window pretending i’m processing Very Important Emotional News from the year 1897. incredibly versatile emotional support garment. the fabric has that lightweight silky feel without entering the terrifying territory of “one wrong movement and the seam dissolves into dust.” it drapes really nicely and moves in that floaty expensive-looking way where suddenly even carrying a laundry basket feels cinematic. the floral print is gorgeous in person too. soft romantic magnolia energy instead of loud chaotic hotel curtain energy, which i appreciated deeply. also: pockets. actual usable pockets. not decorative little lies stitched onto the sides as a social experiment. i regularly carry my phone around in these pockets while wandering through the flat like a woman who owns inherited land and several emotionally distant horses. the length is lovely too. i’m 5’3” and this still somehow manages to look elegant and floaty instead of like i escaped from a very glamorous choir rehearsal. the sleeves sit nicely as well and don’t immediately fall into your sink water every time you attempt to function as a human being for five consecutive minutes. at this stage i own multiple colours because apparently my final form is “woman permanently swanning around in satin robes.” i wear them around the house, by the pool, while doing my makeup, during my unnecessarily elaborate iced chai rituals, all of it. romanticising your life sounds fake until you realise half the battle is simply refusing to wear spiritually depressing loungewear. for $39.99 honestly this feels very fair within the current chaiconomy because one mediocre iced chai in manhattan now costs roughly the GDP of a minor kingdom. meanwhile this robe has survived endless lounging, skincare residue, existential pacing and several deeply unserious attempts at becoming the kind of person who journals at sunrise. my only warning is that once you start wearing robes like this regularly, normal clothing begins to feel a bit hostile. suddenly you’re tying a satin sash at 2pm on a tuesday just to answer emails. i caught my reflection wearing this while holding a cucumber and fully understood how people end up moving to villas and speaking exclusively in cryptic wellness statements. ✨tl;dr✨ silky, lightweight, romantic and weirdly life-enhancing. excellent drape, pretty print, real pockets and extremely effective at convincing you your ordinary domestic activities are part of an arthouse film.

I ordered this robe to replace one my daughter brought back from China years ago. This robe is so beautiful and luxurious. I love the way it feels on my skin. Definitely an upgrade from what I had.

Really beautiful. Just like in the picture and well made. Gorgeous silk robe that is absolutely lovely. Shocker! So much from Amazon is a bit disappointing when it comes to garments. This is a great buy though. So great that it has pockets. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.

Typical of the Asian budget garments you get what you pay for. I'd say this is slightly overpriced, but overall, I'm generally satisfied. I purchased the olive and it does almost look exactly like the photos/video. Lightweight, beautiful design, rich colors. I don't like that the inside isn't printed, but again, you get what you pay for, and it's shown as such in the photos. Sizing is small, about the same as all the Asian garments on Amazon. If you want to use as an actual robe (wrapped around you and tied) I'd say anyone past a US12 should skip. If you are ok with it open and un-belted, a US14 or US16 could get away with it. Length is exactly as shown. Sleeves are about 4 inches shorter than the woman in the video! They barely hit my elbow (although I am tall). That's the only real design flaw. This would be perfect for a bridal getaway. I paired with a light pink chemise to bring out the flowers.

Lovely fabric

I adore this acid green color but the shape was just very weird. Somehow too wide in the waist and then tapers... I tried different sizes and the shape kept looking weird. Not the hourglass cut it looks like in the photo.

I was expecting a bit higher quality for this than the similarly looking $60 robes which are also made of charmeuse satin. It wasn’t. It’s a little too light weight and the inside is pretty rough looking because it shows all the stitching (there is not lining). For $130+ It should be lined, otherwise I’ll just go with the cheaper priced one because it’s the same. Tho was supposed to be a Santa gift for my daughter, but now I gotta find something else. Just not quality enough so don’t waste your money
