Furniture Leather Max Top Coat Satin Finish Sealer by Blend It On/Perfect for Adding a Great Clear Coat of Acrylic to Any Project

This product is a life saver for leather I love this "stuff" to protect and seal leather after hand painting the item or dying leather. I bought the kit and one must be careful not to use to heavy of a coating of the color product on some applications, depending on what density of coverage is needed to achieve the end result. I used this on some boots and used to heavy of an application of the color product it looked a little to heavy- but I was able to remove some of it after the product after it dried with alcohol this made the product penetrate the leather leaving a beautiful shine. If one bought the entire kit color, leather preparer, and top coat I recommend following the manufacturers instructions-remove all the oils etc. from the item one is trying to restore, let it dry, add a layer of the color, let that dry, then depending on the level of coverage needed decide if additional layers of the color product are needed, let ever layer of the product dry before adding any additional layers needed. A little of the top coat goes a long way and makes the color product penetrate the color coat making it look more natural. I love this product for restoring or simply re coloring leather. I have learned a lot just simply by trying this on various applications.

I used this over a re-dye job on my leather sofa and was amazed at how well it protected the area that was re-dyed due to wear off of the original finish. I also used the Leather Max dye to cover the areas where the dye originally worn off but it was a little hazy after it had dried. After applying the Leather Max Coat Satin Finish over the dried dye it brought it back to its original finish and sofa looks new again. Definitely need this product for any re-dye jobs.

Works well, great sealer. Unfortunately (in my opinion) it is not a satin finish, it's more of a glossy finish. It looks like I have wet spots on my furniture...it sealed them in alright!

Made the leather look a little better. Not real long lasting results and pricy

I used it on car leather seats that I repaired with leather stain/color (even came from the same company). The repaired seats looked gorgeous and I wanted to add durability to the stain, so I applied this sealer. This product, however, caused a weird pink discoloration, it is too glossy for a "satin" sealer, and remained sticky even days after application. If that wasn't bad enough, you can also rub it off with a sponge and soap, so it's not durable at all. If you do so, you will find that the color and repaired spots underneath have been damaged. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS PRODUCT.

Recommend. Quality product, easy to use, application and color are just as described. Durable and long lasting

This is a milky substance. It goes on a bit sticky but quickly absorbs. It does not change or deviate on the color. I cannot review as far as longevity as I have just refinished my red leather approximately 2 wks ago. I can say I have not had any issue with color on clothing or rubbing off.

Il y a deux ans, je n’avais pas mis ce top coat et la durée de vie du produit m’avait fortement plu. Cette fois ci j’ai voulu faire mieux et ajouter ce produit pour une protection supplémentaire mais malgré les vidéos visionnés et l’application avec leur applicateur, cela a complètement détruit le sofa et s’est mis à « plumé ». Je le déconseille fortement. Désolé. Je vais devoir recommencer à zéro.
