Kids loved the taste and helped with sleep!

We come from a family of night owls and have been giving my kiddo melatonin to help retrain her brain for six years. She recently decided the melatonin was too powerful and unnecessary so we switched to this and she loves it. It helps to calm her wiggling and bouncing and creative curious mind but it doesn’t knock her out. We still do guided meditation to get the rest of the way to sleep but this gummy helps her to be able to meditate.

Too sour for my kid! Only used 3 from the bottle. Felt so wasteful.

It was getting to the point where I was starting to think I had "bad" children, but then I noticed that the bad behavior also included fidgeting, overly talkativeness, tears and sleeplessness at bedtime--almost like they were stressed or nervous. I realized that something more needed to be done than the changes I had made to their routine. That's when I remembered that I used to get them a similar calming gummy blend over a year ago and how they were more self-controlled and calm. So, I scoured Amazon, found this, bought it, and we've been using it for 2 days. I thought I was imagining the change in them the first day, but after the second day's use and seeing them be quiet, self-controlled, focused on play instead of trying to pester me or fight with each other, and how they have gone to bed 2 nights in a row with no issues (and slept all night!), and awoken refreshed (not cranky!), I realized I wasn't imagining things. The ingredients work! Plus, the taste is more than tolerable. I can't wait to see how much improvement there will be after a week, 2 weeks, or even a month of use. If it was a fluke, I will be back here to share that experience, but after months of seeing their consistently "bad" behavior, I can tell you that I really, truly don't think this corresponding change is a fluke. The quality of sleep I received from these was great. Yes, being an adult I needed more than the suggested but that was expected. I like that it was Lemon Balm and Chamomile. I felt relaxed but not sleepy, so it was what I wanted. The flavor is tolerable. It has a slight herbal tea flavor, I think my kids might eat it. There was pineapple juice in it so that was a nice addition. The downfall is the texture! First, it was really tough. Almost like a "Dot" Halloween candy. It is so very tough that my jaw hurts afterward. I can't imagine a little kid trying to eat them! After getting past the toughness, you get the grit. I didn't know there was magnesium in these. That could have been okay, but these were very gritty. I ate it to not be wasteful and to show my kids that gross medication can, indeed, be taken. 5 stars for the sleep quality 1 star for the texture

My 6 year old has suspected ADHD, nights were getting worse getting him to sleep, it would take over 2 hours for him to fall asleep. I started off with 1 gummy at night just before bedtime, no difference, then did 2 and my god it works! Instead of getting up dozens of times trying to fall asleep he’s up maybe once or twice. We have a strict routine now where he has his 2 gummies, a warm cup of milk, his lavender microwaveable warmies cuddly toy and his tonies. He’s out like a light most nights!

Tasty, not too sweet and my boy enjoys them. He never forgets that when it’s bedtime he gets one of these (still 3-years old). Does it work? I don’t know but it definitely helps for his restless legs at night!
