Big head/Big Hair approved!
Good quality, looks more expensive than it was. Love the satin lining. Most importantly it fits my large head!! I have trouble with hats either not fitting or giving me a headache after a while due to being too tight. This hat definitely accommodates larger heads and big hair!

Good for big heads
Looks cute in photos but when received the hat is very oversized. I wear a 7.25 hat and this was very roomy. Reminded me of wearing a "muffin top" on my head. 😅 Returned.

Smart Looking Cap (Size L) Big enough to pin all my hair up underneath cap. Lovely warn wool.
I love this hat and I'm buying more, its wool and warm for our cold Nor'easter winters . It has a ribbon around the hat band inside so if you need the cap tighter you just pull the ribbon to get the tightness you need.. Very sturdy peak and my hat has the plaid fabric all in perfect line no mismatch plaid on the cap. Nothing looks worse when the fabric doesn't meet up and you have a mismatch (.Looks cheaply made)The manufacture has to use a little more fabric to get the plaid cap to match all around but it's worth it because it gives this manufacture the best reputation for quality.

At last, a GREAT cabbie hat for women who need a size LARGE!!!
I bought the black, satin-lined cabbie hat and it is by far the BEST (and pretty much the ONLY) winter cabbie hat I've ever found in a size LARGE! It fits me a little loose (which I like !!), there's room to stuff my long hair up into it, I can pull it down over my ears when it's cold and/or windy, and it DOESN'T leave even the slightest dent across my forehead or give me a headache from being too small. But there's also a very discreet ribbon inside the back of the hat to adjust the size and make it fit more snugly. The fabric is a warm wool blend that's great for cold weather (and it's easy to brush clean or wipe with a damp cloth), and the brim is nice and deep to shelter one's face from the wind and snow. I used it all last winter in all kinds of weather almost every single day, and I was always as snug as could be (I also wear earmuffs over it on the really cold and/or windy days), and I'm looking forward to wearing it again this winter! Oh, and it looks really cute too!! So thank you, Com Hat, I've been looking for a warm, well made, well fitting, generously sized, LARGE cabbie hat for a VERY long time!!!! And maybe I can convince you to start making it in other colours too?? We large-headed girls would sure appreciate that :-)
