Is the picture a false set up as it shows 9 and then the wording says 5 pc.?

There are 5 pieces but 4 of them have different tips on each end, and the other piece is a pair of tweezers. The picture is showing the different ends, which are 9 of them.

How do you know if these are clean and never been used before?

It should be wrapped on plastic if not don't use them

Is this product really as good as advertised?

Hello Michael; I purchased few of this products through Amazon& 2 other sources, basically they are all the same, as far as being as good as it’s claimed?? It’s a matter of opinions, if you learn how to use it correctly, yes it would work but if it is not use properly you could end up with big cuts on the skin. It has to be placed perfectly on the spot and that does take few tries. Best way of using it is after shower or a lengthy wash so the warm water opens up the pores of skin then it’s easier to use it otherwise it will require a good amount of pressure to make the tool to work. Also it’s very essential to sanitize it before and immediately after use. I hope I was helpful in answering your concerns. Plz don’t hesitate to shoot me if there is anything else you’d like to know.
